Betty Fleetfoot didn't start as a feature film.
It started as a tall tale written by my little sister Saraina Whitney . I never thought it would change my life. She never thought it would change my life. No one did. It shouldn't have changed anything.
But here we are.
Years after she penned the story, I discovered Blender.
Since then, I have somehow known it would be the perfect story to adapt to film; animated film. So that's what I did.
And failed.
Twice.
The first two attempts were utterly atrocious. I don't think I even have the first attempt (it was that bad), and this second try is what I recently dug up on my hard drive.

Third time is a charm?
That's a long story, but instead of waiting for a producer to see my short film(s) and pay me to make a feature film, I decided to just do it myself.
Now I'm left with a folder of strangely nostalgic project files that I'll never use 🙂
I can't share EVERYTHING but, the original script and tall tale can be found in this package as well as a crude previs.
(This was before I knew what a previs was - give me a break HAHA)
You will also get several random scenes that I made (they are SO BAD lol)
It's fun for me to look back and see this. Maybe you will enjoy it as well. 🙂
